MWH Soft and Wallingford Software unite

The union of the two companies, who provide hydraulic modelling software to water and wastewater utilities worldwide, means they will be able to provide a full suite of software products geared toward hydraulics and hydrology.

MWH Soft, based in Broomfield, Colorado and Wallingford Software, based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, will continue to provide customer support and development from its current operations in England, the United States, Australia and Malaysia.
 

Dr Paul Boulos, president of MWH Soft said: “The joining of these companies allows us to add another dimension to our product offering. By combining two companies with a reputation for excellence in the modelling industry, we will be able to address the full needs of our clients globally. We are excited to work together with Wallingford Software.”
 

Andy Brown, Wallingford Software european operations director said: “This is a tremendous opportunity to expand our service offerings for our clients, as well as expand into new geographies. We are looking forward to this new frontier.”
